Sweden - Free shipping above 1400 SEK. Below the cost of shipping is 79 SEK.
Norway - Free shipping above 1600 NOK. Below the cost of shipping is 155 NOK.
Denmark - Free shipping above 1000 DKK. Below the cost of shipping is 75 DKK
Euro countries - Free shipping above 120€, Below the cost of shipping is 10€.

You will receive a delivery e-mail after your order is placed. DHL or UPS will handle your order and if you want to contact them in any issue regarding your parcel please contact DHL or UPS directly.

Delivery time is in accordance with DHL/UPS general guidelines, normally within 2-6 weekdays, however this is not guaranteed.

1-3 days after placing the order the package will be shipped. This does not include products with separate delivery dates. If these conditions cannot be met, we will contact you. The freight charge depends on geography and method.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Failed or unclaimed shipments

DHL/UPS will try to deliver your package at three occasions before it will be sent back to us. Hunterboots.se charges 20 EUR per unclaimed package to cover our cost.
